COCKTAIL - VODKA - Strawberry-Sage Lemonade

| 1/2 | Lemon, juiced |
| 1 ounce | Strawberry-Sage Puree |
| 1 1/2 ounces | Vodka |
| Seltzer to top off Drink Lemon Slices to garnish In a highball glass, combine the lemon juice, strawberry-sage puree, and vodka and stir to combine. Top with seltzer and garnish with a lemon slice. ingredients | |
| 1 quart | Strawberries |
| 1 tablespoon | Sugar |
| 8 | Sage Leaves |
For the Strawberry-Sage Puree: Preheat your oven to 425F. Toss the strawberries and sage leaves in the sugar. Spread on a sheet tray and roast for 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and then puree in a food processor.
Helpful Tip:
1. The strawberry-sage puree would also be great on toast or a homemade waffle.
