Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Beth's Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins For a snack or dessert, they're good! INGREDIENTS | |
1 cup | bananas, mashed, (about 2 1/2 medium bananas) |
1 large | egg |
1/2 cup | applesauce |
1 tbsp | stevia or 1/2 cup splenda |
1 cup | whole wheat flour |
1 cup | regular flour |
1/4 cup | milk, 1% |
1/4 tsp | vanilla extract |
2 tsp | baking powder |
3 tbsp | semi-sweet mini chocolate chips |
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Fill 16 muffin tins or papers about halfway. (I used an ice cream scoop to spoon it because the dough will be thick.)
Bake 350 degrees for 20 mins.
