Turkey Stroganoff Skillet

| 12oz | vegetable juice |
| tomato juice, alternative | |
| 10 oz | chicken broth |
| 3/4 cup | water |
| 1/2 cup | mushrooms, sautéed |
| 2tsp | minced onion |
| 1 tsp | dried parsley |
| 1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 tsp | thyme |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 1/4 lb | rice noodles |
In a large skillet brown turkey. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Serves 6.
