Zesty Steak Salad Share I Like This! (4) Makes: 6 servings Prep 35 mins Grill 10 mins Ingredients
    1 tablespoon  soy sauce
    1 teaspoon  red pepper flakes
    1 pound  flank steak
    1/4 pound  snow peas, trimmed
Wasabi Dressing
    1/4 cup  rice wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons  vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon  wasabi powder
    1 tablespoon  soy sauce
    1 tablespoon  grated fresh ginger
    1 teaspoon  salt
    1/2 teaspoon  minced garlic
    1/4 teaspoon  freshly ground pepper
      Salad
    2 cups  shredded daikon
      red radishes, alternative
    6 cups  thinly sliced romaine lettuce
    6 cups  thinly sliced Napa cabbage
    2 cups  trimmed watercress
    1 cup  sliced red radishes
    1/2 cup  thinly sliced green onions

Directions
1. Heat grill or broiler. Combine soy sauce and pepper flakes in pie plate. Add steak, turning to coat. Grill 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice very thin diagonally.

2. Cook snow peas in boiling water 30 seconds; drain. Rinse under cold running water; drain again. Halve diagonally.

Make Wasabi Dressing::
3. Puree all ingredients in blender. Transfer to large bowl.

4. Add all vegetables to dressing and toss to coat. Divide among 6 serving plates and top with sliced steak.
