Mix above together. Add 3 c flour, 1 1/2 t baking soda, 1/4 t salt
Spread 2/3 of batter onto cookie sheet. Spread one can of pie filling. Drop remaining dough.
Bake 350. 30-40 minutes
Drizzle over icing sugar mixed 1 t lemon juice.
