    1 c  w sugar
    1 c  oil
    3  eggs, one at a time
    1/2 t  salt
    1 1/3 t  baking soda
    1 1/3 t  baking powder
    1 1/3 t  cinnamon
    1 1/3 c  flour

Mix well. Fold in 2 c grated raw carrots and 1/2 c walnuts.
Bake 1 hr at 325 degrees in a loaf pan
