BREADS. Bread for fast yeast

5 cups | warm water |
1/3 c | sugar |
8 t | oil |
21/2 t | salt |
2 T | fast rise yeast |
10 1/2 c | flour |
Mix all. Let rise 15 minutes, punch down. Do that 3 times more.
Form into loaves or buns, lets rise. Bake 350 for 20 minutes or until brown.
