Chicken & Dumpling Casserole

2 chicken breasts cooked & skinned or store bought rotisserie chicken | |
2 cups | chicken broth |
1/2 stick | butter |
2 cups | Bisquick |
2 cups | whole milk |
1 can | cr of chick soup, (herbed) |
3 tsp | Wylers chicken granules |
1/2 tsp | dried sage |
1 tsp | pepper |
1/2 | salt, or more to taste |
Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter in 9x13 Pyrex dish.
Spread shredded chicken on on top.
Sprinkle sage & pepper on top.
Do not stir.
Combine milk & Bisquick in small bowl. Stir, then pour slowly over chicken. Do not stir.
In another bowl, whisk together broth, granules & soup, then pour slowly over Bisquick layer. Do not stir.
Bake 30-40 min until top is golden brown.
