Grilled Garlic-Maple Pork Tenderloin

2lb | Pork Tenderloin |
1 cup | sliced Vidalia onion |
3 tsp | ground mustard |
1 tsp | white wine |
1 1/2 tsp | apple cider vinegar |
1 1/4 tsp | sesame oil |
4 cloves | garlic, chopped |
1 cup | maple syrup |
In a large zip-lock bag combine all ingredients. Mix well to cover meat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-low heat
Remove pork from marinade, discard marinade and cook for 20 - 30 minutes
