Green Beans w/Garlic

3 | Garlic Clove, minced or pressed |
1 Tbl plus 1 tsp | olive oil |
1 lb | green beans, washed and trimmed |
1/4 cup | filtered water |
1 Tbl plus 1 tsp | tamari |
2 tsp | raw honey |
In a large skillet, sauté the garlic in olive oil over med heat for about 3 min. Add the green beans, water, tamari, and honey, and cook over med-low heat until beans are soft but still slightly crispy. If the water evaporates too quickly, keep adding water by the Tbl - just enough to keep the beans steaming.
