Jalapeño Cream Cheese Corn (Olivia's Recipe)

3 cans white corn, 1 stick of butter, I brick of cream cheese, 1 jalapeño (or more), 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar. I spray the pan, pour the corn in as the bottom layer, sprinkle on the jalapeño, then cut butter and cc into chunks and put along the top, then add the cheese. Bake at 350 for 45. Stir after it cooks and serve! |
