Rosemary & Garlic Roasted Potatoes

4-5 unreeled Red Skin Potatoes (about 2 lbs.) | |
2 cloves | garlic, minced |
1 TBS | dried crushed Rosemary |
1/4 tsp. | salt |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
Bake @ 450* Toss all ingredients above together. Place on cookie sheet.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 min. Turn potatoes and continue to bake for 10-15 min. Or until golden brown & tender.
