White Wine-Swiss Cheese Fondue

1 clove | garlic, halved |
1 to 3/4 cups | dry white wine |
4 cups | shredded Swiss Cheese |
1/2 tsp. | baking powder |
2 TBS. | flour |
1/8 tsp. | cayenne pepper |
Dash | garlic salt |
1. Rub inside Fondue pot w/garlic cloves. Discard garlic.
2. In bowl toss cheese w/flour & baking powder
3. Heat Fondue Pot add wine and slowly add cheese 1/4 cup at a time. Stir in a figure eight until evenly blended and melted. Add cayenne pepper & garlic salt. Let heat up 5 minutes to develop flavor.
Serve with cut up French bread or any vegetable you would like
