Party Potatoes

| 2 lg | unpeeled baking potatoes |
| Olive or veg oil | |
| 1 c | Colby Jack cheese |
| 6 slices | bacon, cooked & crumbled |
| 1/3 c | sliced green onions |
| 1/4 c | BBQ sauce |

Preheat oven to 450.
Wash, then slice potatoes 1/4" thick.
Brush both sides of each slice w/oil.
Place slices on a baking sheet/pan or stone & bake for 20 min. Remove
In a medium bowl, toss together crumbed bacon, grated cheese and sliced green onion.
Brush each potato round (using a basting brush) with BBQ sauce & sprinkle the cheese/bacon/onion mixture on top.
Return to the oven for 3-5 min until cheese melts.
