Kale salad

1 head | kale, cut crosswise into thin shreds |
2-3 tablespoons | olive oil |
Juice of half a | lemon |
Sea salt | |
freshly ground black pepper |
Toss kale with olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Toss about 15-20 times and season to taste.
