Honey Fruit Compote

2 cups | diced fresh pineapple or canned pineapple tidbits |
1 cup | diced cantaloupe |
1 cup | diced mango |
2 Tbsp | chopped fresh basil |
2 Tbsp | lime juice |
4 Tbsp | honey |
1 Tbsp | chopped fresh mint |
1/4 cup | finely chopped red bell pepper |
1/4 tsp | ginger |
1 Tbsp | sesame seeds, optional |
Mix th lime juice, ginger and honey together. Then mix all ingredients except sesame except sesame seeds in a large mixing bowl. Toss the fruit the honey and juice mixture. Let stand 10-15 minutes. Divide mixture among the 12 small glass dishes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
