Banana Oatmeal Cookies

| 3/4 cup | Butter |
| Margarine, alternative | |
| 1 Cup | Sugar |
| 1 | Egg |
| 2 | Bananas, cut into chunks |
| 1/2 Cup | Pecans |
| Walnuts, alternative | |
| 1 1/2 Cups | Flour |
| 1 3/4 | Rolled Oats |
| 1/2 Tsp. | Baking Soda |
| 1/4 Tsp. | Cinnamon, (optional) |
| 1/4 Tsp. | Nutmeg, (optional) |
Butter, sugar, egg, banana blend together. Add nuts. In large bowl combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg. Pour in banana mixture and mix well. Drop cookies on backing sheet. Bake 350' for 10 to 12 minutes.
