| 12 cups | diced peeled tomatoes |
| 2 1/2 c | chopped onions |
| 1 1/2 c | sweet cherry peppers |
| 1 cup | chopped jalapeño peppers |
| 6 | garlic cloves, minced |
| 2t | cumin |
| 2t | ground pepper |
| 2T | cilantro |
| 1t | salt |
| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1c | lemon juice |
| 1c | lime juice |
| 2 12 oz Cans | tomato paste |
Add chili powder to taste
Hot water bath for 15 min. Makes 8 pints.
