Chicken BBQ Sauce - Uncle Earl/Uncle Donnie

3 | eggs,, (beat well) |
1 qt | white vinegar |
1 pt. | cooking oil |
2/3 cup | salt |
1 1/4 tsp. | white pepper |
7 tsp. | poultry seasoning, (alternate Sage) |
Beat eggs well then add additional ingredients and beat well again.
Enough for about 20 chicken halves. Chicken quarters also work well. Cook chicken over med heat and baste frequently with sauce. Cooking time 2-3 hours
