| 1/2 cup | unsweetened cocoa, the better the quality, the better the cup of cocoa |
| 3/4 cup | sugar |
| 1 dash | salt |
For a great cup of hot chocolate, measure out 3 heaping tablespoons of mix into your favorite mug, and add 6-8 oz boiling water.
