3/4 cup | apple cider vinegar |
1/4 cup | extra virgin oil |
1 tsp | ground black pepper |
Boil and let cool | |
1 can | pinto beans, drained not rinsed |
1 can | black eyed peas, drained not rinsed |
1 can | corn, drained |
1 cup | chopped celery |
1 can | jalapeƱo,, (1/2 can is fine) |
1 | red pepper |
1 | green pepper |
1 small | purple onion |
Mix all together and let marinate at least 2 hours
