Ingredients:
First Layer:
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Pecans
Melt butter and mix to-gether. Pat in pan and bake 20-25
minutes at 350 Degrees F.
Second Layer:
3 Oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 Large Cool Whip
1 Cup Icing Sugar
Cream to-gether and spread over first layer.
Third Layer
2 Pkg. Pistachio Pudding Mix in 2-1/2
Cups Cold Milk
Beat until it starts to thicken. Chill for 15 minutes.
Spread on second layer
Fourth Layer:
Spread the rest of the Cool Whip and top with the rest of nuts.
