2 lbs | Ground Beef |
1 | Onion large |
1 tablespoon | Crushed Garlic |
1 or 2 | Tomato Bouillon cube(s) |
2 | Bay Leaves |
6 | Red Chilies, whole |
1 | Hot Chili Pod, Large about 3 or 4 inches |
Dry Mustard, Colman's | |
Paprika | |
Red Perpper Flakes | |
2 teaspoons | Chili Powder |
1 teaspoon | Cayenne Pepper |
2 or 3 shakes | Worcestershire Sauce |
2 shakes | Maggi |
1 or 2 cans | Heineken, (dark beer is better) |
Salt and Pepper to taste |
Brown Beef and Onions in a pot.
Drain Beef and Onions.
Add spices
Mix together and let it simmer for about 10 minutes before adding anything else.

If not spicy enought and more Chili Pepper and Cayenne Pepper a little at a time.
If too dry add 1/2 of the other beer.
If not enought tomato flavor and the other tomato bouillon cube.
Cook for at least an hour, can cook for 3 or 4 hours if you want.
Freeze Chili in small containers to use as you need, should last for at least 6 months in the freezer.
