Pineapple Squares

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Butter
1-1/2 Cups Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1-1/2 Cups Coconut
1 Cup Pineapple, well drained, crushed
2/3 Cup Condensed Milk
Method:
Cream butter and sugar go-gether, mix in flour until crumbs are formed
then blend with hands until mixture forms a soft dough.
Press in 9 x 9 x 2 inch. Prick the bottom. Bake at 300 Degree F.
for 15 minuted until crust forms. Remove and spread with pineapple
evenly. Blend with milk and coconut and spread of first layer. Return
to oven and cook 25 minutes longer. Cool and cut into squares.
