Ingredients:
1/2 Can Condensed Milk (Eagle Brand)
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2-1/2 Cups Coconut, dessicated
1/2 Cup Maraschino Cherries
1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped
2 Cups Dates, chopped
Butter Icing
1 Square Chocolate, unsweetened
Method
Stir milk, vanilla and salt to-gether. Add the coconut, cherries, nuts
and dates. Spoon into 8 x 8 inch square pan (greased). Bake at
350 Degrees F. for 30 minutes. Cool.
Cover with butter icing and melt and drizzle chocolate over top.
Cut into fingers.
