Shrimp and Seafood Crepes

1 Lb. Fresh Shrimp
1 8-Oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Recipe Crepe Batter
1 Cup Half and Half Cream
Melted Butter
Method:
Prepare shrimp, as for boiled. Cook crepes and keep warm. Place the
cream cheese in a heavy saucepan and stir in half the cream. Cook over
low heat until smooth, stirring constantly.
Reserve 1/3 of the shrimp for garnish, then add the remaining shrimp to
the cream cheese mixture and cook until heated through, stirring
constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Spread cream cheese mixtu.
over half of each crepe, then fold other half over the top. Arrange crepes
in buttered baking dish. Pour remaining 1.2 cup cream around the crepes
and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan Cheese.
Bake in a preheated450 Degree F. oven until golden brown and bubbly.
Arrange reserved shrimp over the crepes and serve immediately.
