Planked, Sweet Mashed Potatoes

1 Large Sweet Potato
4 Large Potatoes
2 T. Butter
1 T. Melted Butter
1/2 Cup half and half cream
1/2 /cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Cloves Roasted Garlic-Minced
Chives for Decoration
1 T. Chopped Parsley
Paprika for a bit of finishing color
1 Cedar Grilling Plank, soak overnight if possible
Method:
Peel and cube both kinds of potatoes and boil until tender (aaproimately 20 minutes). Add half the parmesan cheese,
all the garlic, butter, cream and sour cream. Mash it up. Arrange your potato mash onto your plank. Grill usihg indirect
medium/high heat for about 25 minutes. Remove and top with the rest of the cheese and some green stuff (parsley,
chives,, etc.) so it looks pretty. Some salt and pepper to taste is a good idea too.
