Greek Potatoes

1-1/2`` Cups Water or Chicken Stock
8 Large Mediun Peeled Potatoes
4 Minced Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1-1/2 Juice Lemons
1 Tsp. Oregano
1 T. Paprika or to Taste
Method:
Toss 1 cup water or chicken stock and all the other ingredient in a roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 40 minutes at 440 degreees. Turn potatoes and aDD 1.2 CUP more water or broth and cook for another
40 minutes.
