Crazy Canuck Ribs (Ted Reacher)

4 225 g Baby Back Ribs
120 ml. Bone Dust Seasoning
1 Med. Onion (Chopped)
2 Jalapeno Peppers (Chopped)
3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
2 Bottles Sleeman Cream Ale
2 Cups Ted Reachers World Famous
BBQ Rib and Sticky Chicken (Crazy Canuck)
Method:
Diamond score back side of ribs. Rub in Bone Dust Seasoing to adhere.
Preheat oven to 165C . Place onions, garlic, jalapenos in bottom of a roasting pan. Lay ribs meat
side down on top of onion mxture. Pour in the beer and cover with lid or foil. Braise ribs for 1-1/2
Hours until tender or until you can pull a rib easily from a rib meat. Remove from oven and let
cool - Head to the Grill.
Preheat grill to Med High 180 C to 230 C. Grill 6-8 minutes per side basting liberally with
Crazy Canuck until ribs are lightly charred, heated through and really sticky from the sauce.
