| 2 c. | Plain flour |
| 2 c. | Water with black and blue food coloring |
| 1 Tbsp | cooking oil |
| 1 Tbsp | cream of tarter |
| 1 c. | Salt |
Mix liquid ingredients in large bowl. Begin to heat liquids. In. Separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Add to heating liquids. Stir until dough thickens. Cook til gets sheen to it. Let cool slightly. Knead to proper consistency. Put glitter on table, push into or knead into dough. Store in plastic container
