Ingredients:
1 Cup Corn Syrup
2 Large Eggs, beaten
1 T. Butter
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Method
Cook syrup and sugar for three minutes. Cool. Blend in the rest of the
ingredients to cooled Corn Syrup mixture. Pour into uncooked tart
shells and bake at 450 Degrees F until brown 2-3 minutes. Turn oven
down to 350 Degree F. and cook for an additional 12 minutes.
