Sand paper
Preheat oven 200. Mix dry ingredients, add water. Mix,roll to 1/4" thickness. Ink stamps and press into dough. Press cookie utter into stamped dough. Place on baking sheet. Make hole at top of the tag/ornament. Bake for 6 hours. Remove ands and edges. Add glitter & varnish if desired. Add ribbon.
