Butter Tarts

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Raisins - Pour boiling water over to
soften
1/4 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, lighty packed
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1 Large Egg, beaten
1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
Few Drops Lemon Juice

Cream to-gether butter, sugar, salt, syrup. Add beaten egg, vanilla and lemon juice.
Fold in drained (on paper towel) raisins or put a pecan in bottom of each cup.
Bake in 375 Degree F. oven for 12-15 minutes. Cool and remove from tins.
