2 yaourts nature La Laitière 1 gousse d’ail épluchée et écrasée 2 cuillères à café d’un mélange quatre-épices 4 brins de menthe fraîche ciselés Sel Poivre noir du moulin
PRÉPARATION
Pelez et écrasez la gousse d’ail. Mélangez-la aux yaourts avec les épices et les herbes. Salez, poivrez et servez cette sauce pour accompagner viandes grillées ou confites (type agneau).
