1/2 Large Onion
1-2 Cloves Garlic
1 Pound Fresh White Mushrooms
1 Cup Tomato Sauce or Rose Sauce
1 Tsp. Pesto
1/3 Cup Whipping Cream
Method:
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add Fresh Mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
Add Pesto and Whipping Cream. Serve with chicken.
