Ingredients
    3 cups  shredded frozen hashbrowns thawed and drained
    4 tablespoons or one half stick  butter melted
    Three large  eggs beaten
    1/2 cup  diced Onion
    Three quarter cups or more  diced cooked ham
      sausage, alternative
    One cup or more  shredded cheddar cheese sharp
    One small can  mushrooms
      Salt
      pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450° Put melt butter into shredded hashbrowns press the hashbrowns into 9 inch bowl Make a crust out of it put it into the oven and bake it for at least 20 minutes to 25 until it's golden brown and started to Crisp.

In large bowl combine the Remaining ingredients and pour into the hash brown crust bake in the oven at 350° for about 30 minutes 40 min. Until top is golden brown and Toothpick comes out clean
