Spice-Rubbed Salmon

4 6 oz. Fresh Salmon Fillets cut 1" thick
1 Tsp. Paprika
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Dried Thyme
1/2 Tsp. Dried Basil
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp, Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper
Dash of Cayenne
Method:
1. Thaw fish if frozen. Rinse fish and pat dry. Combine all spices and rub
onto both sides of fillets.
2. Pre-heat grill to medium. Lightly grease a grill rack. Grill fish for 8-12
minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork turning once.
