Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
Mix to-gether until crumbly.
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
2 T. Cornstarch
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Method:
Mix to-gether Sugar and cornstarch. Add Water and cook until
thick and clear. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Press half of the base mixture into 9 inch square pan. Cover
with 4 Cups of the cut up rhubarb. Pour sauce over top and cover
with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 Degrees F. for 1 Hour or
until golden brown. Serve warm with Whipped or Ice Cream.
