Salmon Patties

1 Can - 16oz | Salmon |
2tbl - butter 2/3 cps - bread crumbs 2 - eggs beaten 2tbl - oil 1/2 cup - onions | |
1 box | cremmets |
Drain salmon, retain 1/3 cups of liquid, discard bones and skin
Cook onions in butter till tender
Remove from pan, mix salmon, reserved liquid,bread crumbs, eggs
Shape into 4 patties, put in pan with hot oil and cook around 5 minutes and turn over and cook till brown
Cook Cremmetes er instructions..
cook buuter in pan and cook onions until soft
Mix onions and butter and cremmettets
