150 gr | farina biaglut |
290 ml | acqua tiepida |
2 cucchiai | olio |

20 gr | lievito secco |
Impastare bene tutti gli ingredienti fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio e omogeneo, lasciare lievitare per circa 60 minuti poi stendere la pasta su una teglia unta di olio e condire a piacimento.
Cuocere in forno caldo per 40 minuti a 220 gradi .
