1 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Method:
Bring ingredients to Boil. Stir constantly 1 Minute. Remove from heat and stir with wooden spoon until
it feels the right consistency. (3-4 Min).
