Cherry Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
2 8-Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Lb. Pressed Cottage Cheese
(Plasic Bag)
3 Large Eggs
16 Graham Wafers
2-3 T. Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter, melted
1 Cup Sugar
Method
Mix Cream Cheese and Cottage until very creamy.
Add the cup sugar continuing to mix well. Add eggs, one at a time,
and vanilla and beat well until smooth.
Crust
Mix 16 Wafers with 2-3 T. Brown Sugar, and 1/4 cup melted butter.
Press into the bottom of a Spring Form Pan. Bake at 375 Degrees F.
for approximately 30 minutes and watch that the top doesn't get too brown.
