|1 ˝ cup||mussel shelled|
|1-2 cloves||garlic chopped|
|1 ˝ cups||milk|
|2 tablespoons||parsley chopped|
Steam the mussels, strain and reserve the liquor.
Sauté onion and garlic with butter on the top of a double boiler over direct heat.
Add mussel with liquor and the rest of the ingredients except parsley. Place the double boiler over ? not in ? boiling water until milk is hot and mussels are cooked. Add the chopped parsley before serving.
