Smoked Cabbage

1 medium sized | cabbage |
2 Tbsp | lemon juice |
4 Tbsp | butter |
1 Tsp | garlic oil |
1 1/2 | worcestershire sauce |
salt to taste | |
1/4 Tsp | coarse pepper |
1 1/2 Tbsp | dried minced onion |
Mix lemon juice, garlic oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and dried minced onion for the marinade. cut pieces of aluminum foil big enough to wrap the piece of cabbage. Cut the cabbage into four equal pieces. (Cut in half, then cut those halves into halves to make 4). Lay each wedge onto the foil. With a Tbsp put 2-3 scoops of the marinade on the top of the cabbage. Then spread 1 Tbsp of butter on top after that. Wrap. Stick on the smoker for about 15-20 minutes. if you like your cabbage softer put on the smoker for about 25-30 minutes.
