| 40 Baked Tostitos scoops Olive oil spray | |
| 1 pound | extra lean turkey breast |
| Salt to taste | |
| Ground pepper to taste | |
| 3/4 to 1 cup | mild, medium or hot salsa |
Place a large non-stick skillet on medium high. Lightly coat with olive oil. Add turkey. Season. Cook, breaking into bite size pieces until no longer pink. Stir in salsa. Divide scoops and meat up evenly on plates
