    4 slices  pork
    1  egg
    1/4 cup  breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp  vegetable oil
      salt
    1  lemon, cut in 4 wedges

Coat the pork slices in egg, then dip them in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in skillet and sauté the slices until golden. Season with salt to taste. Serve with lemon wedges.
