Knoephla Soup

8 cups | chicken stock, broth |
2 large ribs | celery |
1 medium | carrot |
2 medium | potatoes |
1 small | onion |
2 TBSP | butter |
Cook till tender Knoephla dough | |
1 3/4 cup | flour |
1 | egg |
1 tsp | salt |
1/2 cup | milk |
Mix, roll, pinch knoephlas. Add to boiling mixture & cook 10 min or till tender
Heat 1 1/2 cups whipping cream & add to soup mixture
