1). Grounded beef 3lbs ( grounded 3X )
2). Nem powder 3 bags
3). Pork skin 3 bags
4). Sugar 10 table spoon
5). Fish sauce 4 table spoon
6). Garlic 1 whole grounded
7). White pepper 3-4 table spoon grounded
8). Pepper black - whole
9). Chilly - to put on top
A. Boil pork skin let dry - put pork skin in cold water no need to wait until water boil. Pork skin should be ready to drain when it boil
B. Mix above item 1-7 until it turn brown - remember to put the bags of salt that came with nem powder
C. Put in refrigerator for at least 4 days before serving.
