Mascarpone layer cake

| 200 g | Mascarpone |
| grated chocolate |
Slice the pan di spagna in three horizontally. Sprinkle each slice with the coffee.
Cream the egg yolks and the sugar. Add the mascarpone. Incorporate the stiff egg whites.
Fill the sliced pan di spagna with the mascarpone cream. Cover the top with the cream, then with the grated chocolate.
