Sprinkle seeds in a wide-mouthed jar. Cover with warm water and leave to soak overnight. |
Next day tip out water and rinse seeds with lots of fresh water. Don't add water again. Cover jar opening, with some air holes in lid. Leave to stand in warm part of room.
Rinse sprouts twice daily. They should be ready on the fourth day. Rinse and store in fridge.
